Personal Information


High Quality Prints & Embroidery utilises the personal information provided by customers to facilitate order processing. Pertinent details may be shared with third-party service providers, such as courier companies, for the fulfillment of their services.



Return of Goods - Blank Clothing


  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of stock, and the cost of return and re-shipment will be at the customer's expense.

  • All returns and exchanges must be approved by High Quality Prints & Embroidery and are at the discretion of High Quality Prints & Embroidery unless required by law.

  • A Returns and Exchanges form, which will be emailed to you on request, must accompany all returns and exchanges.

  • Returns must be received in an unworn condition, in all original packaging with labels/swing tags still attached and must be exactly how they were received.

  • For hygiene purposes, products that include an undergarment cannot be exchanged.

  • Clearance Items are not eligible for exchange or return unless the product is faulty, is not doing what it is supposed to do, is significantly different from those shown in pictures, or in the product description.

  • In the case where a Credit is applied, the customer agrees to redeem the Credit within 12 months from the return date of the Returns Authorisation.

  • A $30 or 15% (whichever is greater) per brand/label restocking fee is applicable. This fee covers the expenses involved with providing this service, including freight from the warehouse and supplier restocking/administration fees.

  • Fees are higher for multiple items and items not returned in sale condition (i.e., staff repacking/folding).

  • Returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing can be exchanged.

 


Return Policy – Uniforms & Promotional Products


  • High Quality Prints & Embroidery commits to replacing or refunding any goods that arrive faulty or damaged, or if the product significantly deviates from the shown images or descriptions or fails to perform as intended.

  • Goods supplied as ordered (correctly) will only be eligible for a refund if the product is faulty, not functioning as intended, significantly different from those shown in pictures, or inconsistent with the product description.

  • In the case of faulty goods, customers must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the stock. Notification of faults or damage for inspection is required before issuing a refund or replacement. Depending on the situation, an assessment by the manufacturer may be necessary to determine the eligibility for an exchange or refund.

  • When placing an order, customers are expected to have checked the provided sizing charts and measured accordingly. Given the national variations in brands and sizes among leading uniform brands, it is crucial not to assume a size due to manufacturing differences in style, shape, and fit.

  • Decorated goods, which include items branded through embroidery or screen printing with the customer's Logo or Artwork, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or required by law. If any faults are identified, High Quality Prints & Embroidery must be notified within 30 days of receiving the stock.



Sample Policy


  • To address any uncertainties regarding the suitability of products for bulk orders, it is recommended to order a sample first.

  • Samples are available for purchase only.

  • An applicable restocking fee of $25 or 10%, whichever is greater, per brand/label is imposed to cover the expenses associated with this service, including freight from the warehouse, and suppliers' restocking and administration fees. Higher fees are applicable for multiple items and items not returned in sale condition (e.g., staff repacking/folding).

  • The responsibility for the return of samples and related freight charges lies with the customer.

  • Approved samples must be returned within 5 days of receipt. They should be in a new, unworn condition, in their original packaging, with labels/swing tags attached—precisely as they were received.

  • Credits for samples, excluding delivery charges, are subject to the discretion of High Quality Prints & Embroidery.

  • Sample availability may be limited to certain brands. Contact us to inquire about a specific item or brand.

  • Samples will not be refunded; instead, credits will be applied to the customer's account for approved sample returns, as stated above. These credits can be used for future orders.

  • Due to the considerable volume of requests, administration time, and shipping costs involved, free samples, unfortunately, cannot be provided.



Customer's Own Garments for Branding:


  • Only brand-new garments will be accepted for branding.

  • The customer is responsible for arranging the delivery of the garments to our facility.

  • Unpacking of Individual Items incurs a charge of 60 cents per item if not unpacked prior, with an additional 60 cents per item for repackaging if required.

  • A 15% BYOG (Bring Your Own Garment) fee is applicable for embroidering customer-provided items.

  • High Quality Prints & Embroidery will not assume any responsibility for the end result, as we cannot guarantee the successful branding onto fabrics or garments with which we lack experience or familiarity.

  • Under no circumstances will High Quality Prints & Embroidery replace any garment not supplied by us.



Embroidery Files Supplied by Clients


  • High Quality Prints & Embroidery will not assume any responsibility for the end result, as we did not create these files and have no influence on how they sew out.

  • Under no circumstance will High Quality Prints & Embroidery replace any garment supplied by clients.



Price Guarantee


  • If you discover a lower advertised price anywhere in Australia, we’ll promise to match it!

  • The competitor's uniform company must be established and operating in Australia, and the products being compared must be identical.

  • For our Price Guarantee to apply, the prices must be published on the competitor's internet site, quote, or printed brochure, with their ABN number prominently displayed.

  • While our primary focus is on clothing, we are committed to attempting to surpass competitor prices on other items, encompassing embroidery, screen-printing, and promotional items.



Payment Terms


  • All transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

  • An upfront payment of 50% of the total order amount is mandatory before the processing of orders.

  • Customers are obligated to make payment at the time of placing the order unless they have established an account with us.

  • Orders that have not been paid for will not undergo processing or be dispatched.



Payment Options


  • We welcome payments through Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Debit Cards.

  • PayPal is an accepted method of payment.

  • Bank Transfer is also an option; however, orders will only be considered finalized once the payment has been successfully cleared.



Goods and Services Tax (GST)


  • The majority of goods and services incur a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% when delivered within Australia.



Garment Quality


  • The weight and colour of garment material may vary over time due to batch differences and exposure to natural elements. Such variations are considered standard in accordance with international norms.

  • The material will consistently surpass the advertised weight, but it is acknowledged that weight variance is a common and acceptable occurrence.

  • Caution is advised with 100% polyester garments, which are susceptible to thread pulling. It is recommended to inspect garments thoroughly before wearing, as we cannot accept returns for 100% polyester garments due to pulled threads occurring during regular use, and we cannot be held responsible for wear and tear.

  • High Quality Prints & Embroidery holds no responsibility for garments appearing slightly different, as this is deemed acceptable to a certain extent.



Colours


  • Due to variations in monitor settings, High Quality Prints & Embroidery assumes no responsibility and provides no guarantees concerning colour matches for products or production, whether within an order or in a reorder. For clarification on a specific colour or shade, please contact us before placing an order. We cannot assure that the colours displayed on our website precisely match the colour of the product or elements of any design.

  • Given the nature of apparel manufacturing, we do not offer a warranty or guarantee on the consistency, colour, texture, or appearance of the actual apparel. Variations can occur due to differences in computer screens, resolution, colour, tone, or other display settings. Fabric colours shown online are approximate and may vary in colour, hue, and tone, especially across different size groups.

  • Colours will be matched based on the provided digital image.

  • While we strive to match artwork colours as closely as possible, there may be variations in colours.

  • High Quality Prints & Embroidery does not assume responsibility for exact colour matching.



Sizes


  • We strive to provide accurate information regarding manufacturer-reported sizing and dimensions for our products in our size guides. However, it's essential to acknowledge that, due to the nature of the manufacturing process, occasional variations in product sizing may occur. High Quality Prints & Embroidery cannot be held responsible for these size variations arising from the manufacturing process.



Delivery & Shipping


  • Orders without branding are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days, contingent upon item availability, unless specified otherwise.

  • Orders with branding, including embroidery and printing, are usually dispatched within 2-4 weeks, given item availability. This timeframe accounts for the intricate production process involving artwork setup, machine preparation, and programming. Any unexpected delays exceeding this period will be promptly communicated. Promotional or specialty items also fall within the 2-4 weeks timeframe, while custom items requiring manufacturing can take 4 weeks to 3 months, depending on the nature of the item. Extended timelines beyond the norm will be communicated at the time of order placement.

  • Every effort will be made by High Quality Prints & Embroidery to ensure prompt and comprehensive delivery of all orders.

  • If we are unable to dispatch your order, we commit to notifying you within 3 working days.

  • High Quality Prints & Embroidery cannot be held accountable for goods lost or delayed by common carriers, international or Australian Customs departments, or natural disasters.

  • High Quality Prints & Embroidery is not liable for delays in fulfilling orders attributed to the availability of supplier stock.

  • If shipping costs surpass our anticipated delivery and handling fees, we will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with the order.



Shipping Times


  • After the dispatch of your order, the delivery time is contingent upon your specific location. We aim to provide a general timeframe of 3 to 10 business days for deliveries across Australia. Please note that this estimate may vary based on the remoteness of your location, regional delivery constraints, and any potential disruptions within the transportation network.

  • Our commitment is to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your order, and we appreciate your understanding regarding potential variances in delivery times based on location-specific factors.



Urgent Orders


  • High Quality Prints & Embroidery acknowledges its capacity to accommodate urgent orders on certain occasions. However, it's imperative to note that any additional costs incurred in expediting the order will be communicated to the customer for payment before the processing of the order commences.

  • It is important to clarify that High Quality Prints & Embroidery bears no legal liability if the goods do not reach the designated destination on the specified due date. While we strive to meet urgent requirements, external factors beyond our control may impact the delivery timeline, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.


 

Cancellation of Order


  • The customer bears responsibility for any fees incurred on the order up to the point of cancellation.

  • If stock has been transferred between warehouses to fulfill your order for delivery, a restocking fee of $30 or 15% (whichever is greater) per brand/label is applicable. This fee is designed to offset the expenses incurred, encompassing freight from the warehouse and suppliers, as well as restocking and administration fees.

  • In cases where artwork has been prepared, the cancellation fee initiates from $50 for embroidered and DFT prints. This covers the costs associated with the creation and preparation of artwork.

  • In situations where we are unable to fulfill your order, you will not be held responsible for any cancellation fees. Our commitment is to transparently communicate and ensure a fair resolution in such circumstance.


Note: These fees are implemented to partially cover various costs, including the time invested in administration, stock transfers, freight, graphic/artwork preparation, and other related processes. The specific fees vary based on the status of the job, encompassing expenses such as artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fees, or the full payment of the job if items have already undergone decoration.



Modifying Orders


  • Once an order is placed, the flexibility to alter colours or sizing is limited due to the initiation of the stock-picking and ordering processes, culminating in the finalization of the order within our system.

  • Should approved changes be necessary, a minimum fee of $15.00 will be incurred. This fee is designed to cover the expenses related to stock transfers, reprocessing, and the necessary recoding of your order.

  • Additions to orders are seamlessly processed if communicated before the order is dispatched and are subject to full payment. This ensures a smooth and efficient adjustment process while maintaining order accuracy and integrity.



Artwork Fees and Conditions


  • Artwork fees for embroidery and digital print transfers can be obtained upon request.

  • Logos required in different sizes and colours are considered additional, each incurring its own fee.

  • Embroidery proofs and digital print transfer mock-ups/proofs are typically issued within 3-4 working days via email after placing an order.

  • Once your embroidery is digitized and set up (usually within 1-2 working days), basic design edits, such as colour changes, size adjustments, or text omissions, can be made. However, any alterations incur a $20 fee per edit or a setup fee for an entirely new design.

  • Any artwork prepared by High-Quality Prints & Embroidery, including visual mock-ups and proofs, is not to be used externally without permission.

  • Written artwork approvals are required, and it is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check proofs for placement, spelling, grammar, or colour mistakes. Approved errors become the customer's responsibility. Artwork proofs provide clear guidance on sizing, placement, colours, and include a proof/mock-up of the desired decoration.

  • Once items are sent to production and artwork is applied, orders cannot be cancelled, as they are considered branded and become the property of the customer.

  • High-Quality Prints & Embroidery accepts artwork/logos with the understanding that the customer has sought permission from the owner of the artwork/logo for reproduction.

  • High-Quality Prints & Embroidery is not held responsible if a customer seeks reproduction without permission. The customer is responsible for any copyright infringements related to logo use.


 

Default Accounts:


  • High-Quality Prints & Embroidery retains legal ownership of provided goods until they are paid for in full.

  • In the event of an invoice payment default by any company or individual, High-Quality Prints & Embroidery will initiate follow-up procedures. All fees associated with debt recovery will be billed to the defaulting entity.

  • Accounts overdue by 45 days will be placed on Stop Supply status.

  • For accounts surpassing 52 days overdue, a Final Notice will be issued, allowing 7 days to clear outstanding arrears.

  • Accounts exceeding 60 days overdue will be referred to our Debt Collection Agency. A 20% charge of the Total Unpaid Debt will be levied to cover costs related to legal action. Customers are liable for any additional costs beyond the 20% charge.

  • Promptly upon any payment becoming overdue, High-Quality Prints & Embroidery reserves the right to claim compound interest from the customer. The interest accrues at a rate of 2% per month, calculated on daily balances, until all overdue amounts and interest are settled in full.

  • High-Quality Prints & Embroidery accepts artwork/logos with the understanding that the customer has sought permission from the owner of the artwork/logo for reproduction.

  • High-Quality Prints & Embroidery is not held responsible if a customer seeks reproduction without permission. The customer is responsible for any copyright infringements related to logo use.


 

Default Accounts:


  • High-Quality Prints & Embroidery retains legal ownership of provided goods until they are paid for in full.

  • In the event of an invoice payment default by any company or individual, High-Quality Prints & Embroidery will initiate follow-up procedures. All fees associated with debt recovery will be billed to the defaulting entity.

  • Accounts overdue by 45 days will be placed on Stop Supply status.

  • For accounts surpassing 52 days overdue, a Final Notice will be issued, allowing 7 days to clear outstanding arrears.

  • Accounts exceeding 60 days overdue will be referred to our Debt Collection Agency. A 20% charge of the Total Unpaid Debt will be levied to cover costs related to legal action. Customers are liable for any additional costs beyond the 20% charge.

  • Promptly upon any payment becoming overdue, High-Quality Prints & Embroidery reserves the right to claim compound interest from the customer. The interest accrues at a rate of 2% per month, calculated on daily balances, until all overdue amounts and interest are settled in full.
