Our streamlined process as follows:
Place an order for your garment or item.
Engage in a discussion about your artwork/logo to ensure its suitability for embroidery.
Determine the size and placement of the embroidery on the garment/item.
Upon preparing your artwork/logo, you'll be provided with a free digital and physical sample for your approval. Any extra samples will cost $5 each.
Production commences upon receiving written approval.
Occasionally, specific artwork may not yield the optimal results with this embroidery method. We'll reach out to inform you if your artwork might be better suited for a different decorating technique.
Note: Artworks should be provided in JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS, or PDF format. For complex logos, there may be instances where a vector file in a form of .eps or .ai file in is required.
Garment care instructions: Wash inside out, avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, use low-heat tumble drying, and do not iron directly on the embroidered area.
If you prefer, we can print on your own items, please note that a Bring Your Own Garment (BYOG) fee will apply.
